BLUE

Sorry that it's incomplete. Haven't submitted anything in a long time so I decided to draw this today. I have a lot of unfinish pieces I'd like to submit but it's best I complete them first. This one's an exception considering it was sort of a request from a friend. Not sure they'll remember it though.

As you can see, the one thing I always have a problem doing is backgrounds. I may end up submitting options for viewers to decided, but seeing as I haven't been here in a while, it's not likely I'll get any comments.
